Responsible Gaming at 77bg

Q: How do I set a deposit limit on my 77bg account?

Log in to your 77bg account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before it becomes active.

Q: What is the minimum age to play on 77bg?

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on 77bg. This is a strict policy and applies to all players in Bangladesh. We perform age verification on all accounts and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to a person under 21.

Q: How do I activate self-exclusion on 77bg?

To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team directly at support@77bg.vip with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. Our team will process your request and close your account within one business day. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months and cannot be reversed during that time.

Q: Can I take a short break without permanently closing my account?

Yes. 77bg offers a Time-Out feature that temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account remains intact, your balance is preserved, but you cannot log in or place any bets. You can activate this from your account settings at any time.

Q: Is my personal information kept confidential if I request help?

Absolutely. All responsible gaming requests, including self-exclusion, deposit limit changes, or support queries, are handled with strict confidentiality. 77bg never shares your personal information with third parties and all data is protected with SSL encryption. You can reach out for help without any concern about privacy.

Our Commitment

Why Responsible Gaming Matters at 77bg

At 77bg, we take the well-being of our players seriously. We serve thousands of users across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond — and we understand that for some players, gaming can gradually shift from a leisure activity into something more problematic. That is why responsible gaming is not just a policy page for us; it is built into how we operate every day.

Our platform is open exclusively to players aged 21 and above. We strongly encourage every member to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and seek help without hesitation if gaming stops being enjoyable. The tools described on this page are available free of charge to all 77bg account holders. Activating them is quick, confidential, and takes effect immediately.

Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility between 77bg and you, the player. We will do everything within our power to support you — but your active engagement with these safeguards is equally important. Read this page carefully and remember: playing within your limits is always the right choice.

Player Tools

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on 77bg

We have built a comprehensive set of player-protection tools directly into the 77bg platform. All tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect without delay. Here is what you can use today:

Deposit Limit Control Choose a maximum amount you can deposit in a day, week, or month via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Once set, limits cannot be raised for 24 hours — giving you time to reconsider.
Session Time-Out Take a mandatory break from 77bg for a defined period — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During the time-out your account remains secure but you cannot place bets or access games.
Self-Exclusion For players who need a longer break, self-exclusion closes your 77bg account for a minimum of 6 months. Contact our support team at [email protected] to activate this immediately. You will not be able to re-register during this period.
Minor Protection 77bg is strictly a 21+ platform. We perform age verification checks on all new accounts. If you share a device with underage family members, we recommend using device-level parental controls in addition to our platform safeguards.
